Wales Collaborative for Learning Design – 360 Project
On Thursday 2nd March learners and Staff met with Sammy Chapman from Cardiff Met, to kick start an interesting project with the Wales Collaborative for Learning Design around the use of technology within the classroom. The project will look at how digital technology, in particular Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and 360-Video can enhance learning experiences for our learners.
We will experiment with the potential they offer to help us in planning for more meaningful, authentic experiences as part of Curriculum for Wales and look at providing learners with immersive and meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom walls. Learners will use them for some creative journalism around our Ski Trip to France, before looking at their wider use across the school.
