Some of our key stage 3 learners took part in the Phoenix Fire course, an exciting and challenging programme designed to develop practical skills, resilience, and teamwork. Throughout the course, pupils engaged in a range of tasks that encouraged problem-solving, communication, and cooperation with their peers. They learned vital skills related to fire safety, emergency response, and personal responsibility, while also pushing themselves physically and mentally. The activities required them to work together, support one another, and adapt to new challenges, helping to build confidence, perseverance, and a sense of achievement. Overall, the Phoenix Fire course provided pupils with valuable life skills while fostering resilience, collaboration, and a positive attitude to tackling challenges.
